I’m looking for a professional female flatmate to take over the second bedroom in a top-floor, two-bedroom tenement flat located in the leafy West End of Glasgow. The area is quiet, safe, and well-suited to someone seeking a calm living environment.

The flat itself is cosy and well-maintained, with a fully furnished shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The available bedroom includes a desk but is otherwise unfurnished—however, I’m very happy to help arrange additional furniture if needed.

The location is highly convenient, with a gym nearby, excellent bus links (approximately 15 minutes into the city centre), and a big Tesco just at the top of the road, along with some delicious takeaway restaurants.
