A gorgeous bright double room is available in this West End flatshare. You'll be sharing with another female professional who is also doing her PHD. She is friendly and respectful of other people's space, in this 2 bed/2 bathrooms flat.

The flat is a new build on Firhill Road. It has all mod cons. There are two bathrooms, two double rooms and an open-plan living room and kitchen - a really big bright space. There is also a double sofa bed in lounge for friends of yours to visit. Plus a desk for home working in your room.

Room is fully furnished, clean and bright. Transport links are good. 15mins walk into town and tubes and buses are close. M8 is literally 7 mins drive down the road. Right by the canal which is a lovely walk, although Byres Road or Kelvingrove Park are great, so we head that way most often, and it's not far either.

If you have a car - there are always spaces to park behind the flat, and one that is specifically for the flat.

The neighbours are great, all are professionals and really accommodating if you need help.

It is £610/pcm (including all bills and council tax - Gas/Electricity, telephone line rental/superfast broadband, TV License, factors fees that provide stair and elevator cleaning and secure parking).
