Hi, I am looking for a female to rent a room in my lovely flat.

It also comes with a secure entry system, and plenty off street parking. There are very frequent buses into town around the corner and a train station 15min away. There’s a 24 hour Tesco Superstore close by and canal 2min from the flat, lovely for peaceful walks, you can walk to Byres road in 20mins. There is also a Glasgow Club Gym 2minutes away with a swimming pool.
References and deposit required. I would prefer long term let but will consider short term.
I am looking to share with a professional or mature student who is friendly, respectful and who might enjoy a glass of wine of an evening but not looking to party till dawn. Being clean and tidy is a must! The room is for one person only.
