I am looking for a flatmate from the 15th October.

The room for rent is an unfurnished room with a ensuite. The room does have a built in mirrored double wardrobe.

I am 26 years old, outgoing and play ice hockey, love socialising but appreciate giving others their own space, going out with friends and going to visit new places. I work monday to friday so would prefer someone who don't have parties all week.

The shared area is an open planned kitchen and living room. The kitchen is furnished inc white goods.

Bills and rent roughly 400pcm inc bills.
(Council tax roughly 68 pound each, i dont mind sharing with a student if they are willing to share the council tax)
The property has its own parking space and is situated off the Dumbarton road, Yoker.
The train station is a 7 min
walk with trains to Glasgow central and Queen Street regularly, bus stop is at the top of the road and are very regular also. The flat is a 5 min drive from Clydebank and about 15 mins to Braehead shopping centre.
