Hi, I have a double room to rent in a lovely, quiet flat in Ansdell as my last housemate is relocating for work. I am looking for a professional person who is quiet (not partying all night), polite and happy to chill and watch a movie in the living room. The room is fully furnished (bed, shelving and double wardrobe). You would have sole use of the bathroom which has a bath and shower. There is usually parking available.
