The house is a large 17 c end of terrace, stone built property with 12 rooms in all: These include 3 double bed-rooms 2 singles,2 showers a bath and 4 toilets, two sitting rooms, office ,entance lobby , hall and large utility room. Services include gas central heating, electricity, mains water, high speed fibre optics broadband, and septic tank . Bills are included in the rent.

I live at one end of the house with my own ensuite shower / toilet and sitting room .At the other of the house is a large room for rent which measures 4.0 m x 4.0 m and has a bathroom imedetely next door + shower, toilet whb and large steel bath. There are three living rooms, one is used as my office for administration purposes only, the main works being site based. The large kitchen would be shared, along with the utility room. A dedicated sitting room may be possible .

The house has been maintained in a good state of decoration, is warm and dry . Outside is 60 m of private south facing gardens with lawns, green house pond and workshop. Off road parking may be posible for one vehicle , however the main road is quiet and in a safe area with very good neighbours. The village has an Old Pub and lively village Hall within easy walking distance.

I have daughters who may use some of the other bed rooms when they visit me but would expect these rooms to remain unoccupied for most of the time.

The village is very friendly and close to the M6 with links to Lancaster and the West Line Railway, Also near by is The Lake District, Trough Of Bowland and Ingleborough across the Lune Valley.
