I have one double bedroom available to rent, which is situated in a quiet countryside location just outside of Preston. Rent is all inclusive and short term lets will be considered.

The room is fully furnished with double bed, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, desk etc. It is a good size and has great views over the countryside. Parking spot is included. There is also a bus stop very close-by on the A6 for regular direct buses into town (40/41).

The room also comes with a complete adjacent bathroom (pictured) which will be exclusively yours as I have my own ensuite. There is also one resident cat called O'Malley who is a sweet little fluffball and very affectionate, so definitely one for cat lovers. Plenty of storage space available (one in the bathroom, and loads of loft storage).

Myself, I'm a self employed marketing consultant who works mainly from home. I would appreciate living with someone who is clean, tidy, and someone who would appreciate the quiet countryside living this property provides. Cat lovers preferred as the little orange man will 100% try to befriend you, and he'll need feeding if I'm ever away.
