I am looking for Professional Working Housemates Only, who will enjoy the property and want privacy and a peaceful place after a busy days work and to enjoy on the weekends.

The house is a large 4 bedroom Semi Detached house located on Whitegate Drive. Tesco and Sainsburys are a stone-throw away and all local bus routes are within easy reach. 10min walk to Blackpool town centre and yet still far enough away from all the hustle and bustle and only a 10 min walk to Stanley park. Victoria Hospital is located a 15 min walk (3 min drive away) making this ideal for a medical professional.

All rooms come with a Double bed. with mattress protector. Wardrobes, Two bedside cabinets and bed side lamps. Each room has a TV. There is also a communal lounge available.

The house is extensive with all the mod cons needed, yet keeping its original features. Fibre broadband is also included in your monthly rent.

the house is close to an array of entertainment, restaurants and bars, yet far enough away form the noise and hustle and bustle that blackpool can offer.
