Looking for a potential housemate/friend!

So yeah, I’ve lived on my own for a while now & it’s actually pretty lonely!
I’m paying silly amounts of rent for rooms I don’t even use, so may aswell help someone else out.

Now I’ve stayed in spare rooms before and I know the high and low points! So ideally I would like somebody that’s going to respect the place, and just be a top guy/girl all round!

So on Saturdays, I do have my little boy, but he has his own and room and stuff so we aren’t in the way.

The house is 3 bed rooms, one mine, one his and one yours. We’ve got everything you need to live, such as internet lmao! That’s all everyone needs these days eh! Nah seriously, we have all the amenities (cooker, fridge bath shower couch tv, washing machine all of it)

I work from home, which is like 24/7! But I enjoy it, just need some company!

I have a small dog who is very nice, and everybody loves him. Don’t worry he’s not going to be sleeping on your head and stuff, he knows his boundaries haha.

The rent is a fixed price, which includes all the gas electricity internet etc, if you wanna split food, im happy to do that too.

I don’t drink any more, so no partying or anything on my front. I don’t smoke, well I vape so that’s cool. If you do smoke, just do it in the garden :)

The house is cosy, and Is on the route of transport etc, so handy.

Working person please, 9-5 preferably!

Oh and one more thing, I have a sofa bed thing, but it doesn’t seem very comfortable to look at anyways, so if you have your own bed then great, if not it will do until you are on your feet! It’s a double room too!
