Recently purchased and undergoing some very minor alterations to ensure we are compliant with all the relevant House share regulations we start checking in our house-mates at the end of July.

We're kitting the house out so all you need when you arrive is your own bedding and towels. Your own clothes would also be advised! Super fast broadband with average speeds of 516 mpbs is included with your rent.

If you’re a driver, this house is perfect, with off road parking on the drive. If you have a bike, we have a garage!

A fantastic open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a great space to socialise. Laundry facilities are out of the way in the garage so your enjoyment of the lounge with its massive 4K smart TV is not disturbed by the noise of the washer or the tumble dryer.

We have a cosy double room remaining, sharing one fully kitted out bath/shower room, and two toilets in the house. We also have a fantastic garden area to soak up the Blackpool sunshine! This is a holiday resort you know!
