This property is a real little rare diamond, Our current tenants have been with us for nearly 5 years coming up. Unfortunately one of our ladies will be moving on due to her career and our best wishes are with her.

This property is situated on Yorkshire street in Blackpool, just a stone throw away from the promenade, all local bus and tram routes are within a 5 min walk, and is also located close to all the amenities you could wish for.

The ideal candidate would be that of a professional, and a work ethic of WORK HARD PLAY HARDER, the current tenants my have very professional jobs however they do like to socialise at the weekend, Quiz Nights, wine and cheese nights, Football and sports are often on the TVs around the penthouse when any major sport is being televised or able to be paid for.

All our tenants within this penthouse respect each other and each of their privacies, you can often find them cooking and dinning together they all have a real love for food and I'm very sure that the wine and beer flows from time to time! and Absolutely so!!
