Very large furnished double room in a nice house that's also in a good area.
The house is very nicely appointed with a well equipped kitchen; 6 ring cooker with double oven/grill, washer, dishwasher, microwave, george forman, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, bread bin, toaster etc...and most of the small kitchen items are brand new.
Its unrestricted street parking but i also have a drive. There's central heating for the winter and a fan heater in the room too. There's a nice bathroom with bath/shower combination etc...and a small conservatory at the rear of the house. The lounge is nice as you can see on the video.
250 yards to tesco express, 50 yards to Layton train station, 50-150 yards to multiple bus stops/routes, 1 mile to the hospital....so it's in a convenient location.
For a single person it's £80 per week (or £347 per month) this is including "reasonable" bills. I also have 3 broadband that includes "go binge", which means you can stream netflix etc unlimited.
I do have a bedroom in the house myself as a live in landlord. I keep the house clean and tidy and would expect a lodger to do the same.
