We have a lovely first floor very large ensuite room available . The room has a two door wardrobe with ample hanging space and shelving. You have a desk with luxurious armchair to work in comfort or relax in front or a TV. There are ample Drawers and Bedside table. Each room has it's own bright and airy ensuite.

All rooms are stunningly decorated with additional hung canvas pictures and are lovely and clean and with plenty of natural light.

YOUR SHARED SPACE

Within the rest of our property you will find a lovely fitted new kitchen with all mod cons.

Facilities include oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toasters.

There is a relaxing breakfast seating area for you to chill out and relax with the other housemates or just enjoy a morning coffee. The kitchen leads to a good sized enclosed rear paved yard.

There is plenty of parking right outside the front and rear of the property.

As you venture out, you are already in a prime town centre location with an easy 5 to 10 minute walk to the main Bolton shopping precincts and university.
The train station is also 10 minutes away with then only a ten minute train journey to Manchester.
