2 bedroom house, clean and local to train station

Hi There,

My names Tom, im 32 and a working professional. Im a clean and tidy person, social and looking for someone to come and join me in my home with my lovely dog buddy.

I work from home around 50% of the week, I like to read, walk, go to the gym and of course the odd cheeky drink !

The room will be £450 per month and £500 per month over the winter months. The house is always clean so ideally I am looking for a like minded tenant. you’re more than welcome to use all of the communal space, garden and shed.

Pets can be considered providing a successful meet and greet.

If you are interest, i would be happy to arrange a meet and greet/viewing of the property or even grab a coffee just to get to know each other a little first .

The Room comes unfurnished but I am happy for you to furnish / decorate this how you see fit.

If you need a space to work from home, we can discuss and maybe creat you a working space in the house.

The house is in a great location to local amenities and the train station is less than a 5 minute walk, the train takes around 30 mins to Manchester city centre.
