Room available in a two bed house. Currently occupied by myself and my cat, who is well behaved and chilled out.
I’m a teacher but switching careers and while I’m training will take a dip in earnings so I need a reliable housemate to share costs with.
The house has a nice kitchen, office, large living room, bathroom and you will be in a large bedroom. Can be furnished or unfurnished.
No garden but in a beautiful location- arboretum, nature reserve, reservoirs, tennis and sailing clubs.
Train station is a 10 minute walk.
Buses run past house.
Open minded, like a laugh, pretty introverted.
If you are clean, quiet, won’t let my cat out onto the busy rd and pay your rent on time I’m happy 😊
