I have a cosy double room to rent out, which is on a separate floor to me, as the live in landlady. Therefore you would be a lodger and not a tenant.
The room is modern, large and light , with a very large fitted wardrobe. There is even a TV integrated within the bed!
The separate bathroom would be shared with just one other male lodger (a 22 year old).
We live in a new-build 3 storey town house (ex show-home) and the lodger would also share the main lounge, south facing garden and kitchen.
The house is located within Buckshaw Village and is only an 8 minute walk from the train station and there are regular direct trains into Preston, Chorley, Blackpool and Manchester.
I've got Sky TV, internet connection and a further TV in the kitchen.
All bills included.
Must love minature long haired sausage dogs, as I have three!
Don’t be put off by my age, I’m laidback and fun and have a warm personality. My 24 year old
daughter is here for dinner a few nights during the week.
