Next to the bedroom is the family bathroom with bath/shower/toilet facilities. (This is effectively your en-suite, directly next to your bedroom, I do on occasion have a bath in here but would let you know ahead of time and you’re welcome to use my en-suite shower if needed during this time, we can make it work)

In addition to the bedroom and bathroom to make you more comfortable and to help you with space and making yourself at home I am giving the recipient an extra room (it was a bedroom but you can use it as an office or living room space!

Why the price point, i am offering more of a self contained flat type arrangement with the rooms upstairs (with shared used of the kitchen of course)

The front of the house see’s a home gym, featuring Powercage with enough weight to hit about 230kg on the bar
The utility room is 80% finished but features a sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, and worktop.

A gorgeous decked/gravel/paved garden with garden furniture including 2 sun loungers and a small shed. And firepit

Main Living Room 1st Floor
The main living room is my piese du resistance, a cinema room/my room to relax in. My bedroom and living room are both on the first floor, and the reason for providing you with the additional room upstairs is so we can both cohabit without being under each other’s feet.
The living room can be used when I’m away or out at work but generally it is for my sole use.

There is a small private drive for the house, use of which could be negotiated for a few extra ££ month you can have sole use of, otherwise parking is pretty readily available out front, it’s a quiet tranquil lovely part of Burnley close to the city centre
