Hi,
I am considering allowing a polite, working, clean and respectful person to rent my spare room. (Solo occupancy only)
The bed is a double, with small TV included and a couple of sets of draws for storage.
The house has a main family bathroom which will really be for the lodgers use most of the time as I have my own ensuite.
Living room, kitchen/dining area, good sized paved garden with nice sun coverage during the summer months.
High Speed broadband is available in all rooms of the house.
After a bad pervious experience, I am very selective as to who I will consider but I promise you I'm a fun chirpy and pleasant person to live with.
