Double Room in new build, Burnley

Hi, thanks for checking out my advert.

I am looking for a polite and friendly (and more importantly clean and tidy) individual to rent my spare room.

As you can see from my pics, it's a clean modern home and I'd love someone respectful, chatty and genuine to move in.

You would have sole use of the main bathroom as I have an en suite
Ideally would be cool if we share some interests too so that we have things to chat about. I enjoy hikes, cycling, movie binges, pizza, exploring, gaming, cooking, netflix, wine evenings etc

All bills included for £425 a month. Comes with super fast virgin internet, perfect for those working from home people or gamers!

Non smoking clean home :)

This room is for single occupancy only and someone who is in full time employment.

I get a lot of messages on here so please try to stand out and make note of the preferences.

Initially looking for something up to 6 months but happy with shorter timeframes.

I'd be realistic with your application so if for example you are strictly vegan or have beliefs where things like alcohol are prohibited, it may not be the home that is suitable for your needs.
