The room has just been repainted and comes with brand new furniture so it is fresh for your new start.

The room is available to a single person from the 1st March. The cost of the room is £395 per month which is inclusive of bills.

The communal areas such as the kitchen, living room, etc are kept very clean and tidy.

If you are looking to move into Bury not far from the town centre and would like a double room with privacy please let me know and we can arrange an evening or weekend viewing. I’m generally very flexible.

Local amenities:

Locally there is a mini mart style shop, a post office, fast food outlets, barbers, a beauty salon and a gorgeous local pub.

Bury town centre has most High Street chain shops and restaurants:

Shops include: Topshop/Topman; River Island; Marks & Spencer‘s; Debenhams; JD Sports; Superdry; New Look; etc

Food and leisure outlets include: Nando’s; Frankie & Benny’s; Pizza Express; Raconto Lounge; Costa; Tim Hortons; West Ivy; Vue Cinema; bowling; and several gyms.

Transport:

If you have your own car there is a drive for off road parking.

If you take the bus there is a bus stop a stones throw away which will take you into central Manchester on the 135 route. This normally takes about 40 minutes.

The house benefits from being close to the metrolink line and that takes 20 minutes to get to Victoria Station in Manchester. Also buses head over to all other surrounding areas too, as far as Blackburn, Bolton, Rochdale, etc.

I’m a live in professional, work Monday to Friday, ideally looking for another professional who is LGBT+ but not essential.
