I work NHS shifts and travel a lot so my time in the house is sporadic, sometimes you may have the house to yourself while I'm away and when I'm home I enjoy cooking, watching TV or going out for drinks or to the gym if you care to join.
I am a clean person and expect my housemate to keep the place nice and tidy as do I.
I am polite, friendly and respectful and would like someone who shares some similarities.
The area is lovely, such a great community, lots of walking routes and nice bars in Ramsbottom, the Rock shopping centre is a 5 min drive away and the motorway junction is 3 mins drive away to access Manchester.
Fairfield hospital is also very close.
There is a back garden that catches the sun all day that can be enjoyed.
The house has light coming through from all sides of the house which makes it nice and airy.
