2 Large double room to rent with Shared bathroom (2 people) in 4 bed town house on a new development in Castleton. Office and spare room for guests available to use. Close to local amenities, the train station is a 5 minute walk and gets to Manchester victoria in 15 mins. The house is located next to a canal with picturesque walks/ views. 8 miles from Manchester city centre. 2 mile to Rochdale.

You'd be living with me Mike, a young professional who likes to keep a tidy home. When I'm not working you'll probably find me watching a box set/ film or pretending to exercise at the gym.

I want someone that would make themselves at home and ideally hang out with in the evenings maybe over a wine or beer.

I have a small dog called Ralph and a very shy cat called Rollie who you will barely ever see.

The rent is £400 per room and this includes all bills.

The room is available from the 29th of July
