Located 5 minutes from the bus station and 5 minutes from the train station. This is a great house for ALL town centre amenities such as Asda & Morrisons , shopping, banks and takeaways!
Great for access to Adlington, Bolton and Wigan too!
Rents includes all bills (Council Tax, water etc) except a share of the gas and electric (pre-paid on meters).
Washer included. Private yard to rear for BBQs!
Parking is available right outside the house.

Fast Cable Broadband is included In the rent .

We have a number of properties across Chorley. These include Houseshares and Studio Flats. So, as your job or lifestyle changes, so we can offer you alternative accommodation.

Only working people need apply except for those with other adequate financial income (eg pension or savings).

No couples please as we cannot go over our licence limit.

We do not do short-term lets. Our shortest term is 6 months.
