Fully furnished double attic room to let - comfy, clean with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, storage space, coffee table, 42 inch flat screen TV, Wi-Fi included.
Shared bathroom, kitchen and back yard. The living room would not be shared (however, as you can see on the photos, it is like your own little flat up there).
Brilliant location, a few minutes from the motorway (although not noisy), 5 minutes from the closest town, bus stop up the road, cashpoint across the road as well as two convenience stores on the street, 2 sandwich shops plus a few takeaways locally. We are a quiet, married, easy going and friendly couple. We are looking for a single professional who is clean and considerate. No couples, families or pets, as we do have two very loveable and friendly pugs, plus our gorgeous puppy.
Will be subject to references. Must be employed.
We only want a female lodger as my husband works the back shift and I would only feel comfortable with a female when my husband is at work.
