Double furnished ensuite room in 2 bed house

Hi my name is Sharon and I am looking for a nice easy going and respectable person who is an employed professional.
No students or couple requests please even though I've stipulated this it seems be ignored.
I am a warm friendly 58 year old professional who is awake. I like to keep a clean and tidy home.
Located on a new development on outskirts of the city centre, there is a bus route but ideally transport would be needed. It is not in Cottam, it is Higher Bartle and 10 mins drive from M55/M6 junction and 5 mins to junction 2 on M55.
I am sometimes away weekends than I am home because my family and some friends don't live local.
The kitchen is small and at the front of the house with a slimline dishwasher. The front room has French doors to a south facing established garden, where I have extended the patio. I also like to grow my own fruit and vegetables.
The double room is at the back of the house and has a small wall mounted tv for a smart stick.
Not ideal for working from home full-time as there's no room for a desk and chair in the room.
