The room is one of two ensuite studios that have their own private driveway, private garden (but no gardening!), private front door
access. The room is fully furnished with a fully equipped private kitchen and bathroom. There is access to a laundry room that is shared by both studios and myself. There is also a private lounge with sky tv. So you can be as private or social as suits you. I live here full-time with 7
horses and a very well-behaved dog and obviously spend a lot of time outside. I'm outgoing and friendly but respectful of those who appreciate their own space. I would
prefer someone in full-time employment who ideally doesn't have pets to avoid clashes with mine.
For the outdoor types, the property is set in 6 acres of land and surrounded by beautiful countryside and great walks. It also has its own fishing lodge.
