Double rooms in spacious barn conversion

I'm looking for a weekday lodger to share my house with, it is a spacious detached barn conversion looking out on to the Pennine hills.

There are two double bedrooms available. One room has an on-suite bathroom and a large lounge area that the lodger can use for themselves.

The second bedroom has a private bathroom the lodger can use for themselves.

The kitchen has an open plan layout with a dining area, there is an American fridge freezer, dishwasher & 2 ovens.

There is good WiFi coverage in all rooms. Shared facilities include: Traditional wood burning Finnish Sauna, small gym area, WiFi printer. Plenty of off road parking available.

It is located in a quiet village, local pub within 50m walk. Trains to Manchester or Leeds go from local stations, Greenfield or Marsden (2 & 5 miles away) or more frequantly from Huddersfield / Stalybridge station 30min drive.
