2 Floor 5 room apartment

House share £500.00 a month. One double unfurnished bedroom with bathroom, (slowly adding more furniture to the apartment and happy to part furnish the rented room). friend of mine moves out on the 14th September. the spare room is on ground floor of the apartment with its own bathroom. shared fully equipped kitchen with coffee barista machine and a cosy living room. also another spare room which will be an office room. my room is upstairs with my own bathroom and also a small room which I currently use for storage. Im happy for you to help me design the apartment, if there's anything you want in a room or want a specific room I am open to ideas. All other bills are included. My name is Ethan and I live with my one year old Kelpie Kodie. I work full time for united utilities Monday - Friday. 2 out of 4 weekends I'm normally away visiting family or friends. I am friendly, easy to get along with and sporty. I like to run, hike and use the gym 3/4 times a week. I am house proud and like to keep things clean and tidy. I am looking for a working professional or a respectable student who likes dogs. It is a quiet cul de sac with parking. Eccleston has great amenities and is a 15 minute drive from Chorley. We have pubs, bars, restaurants and a cafe. All the shops you could need including a Sainsbury and Tesco. Lovely walks, with everything right on our doorstep.
