HUGE Attic room with Own Door To Rent

Please note - This is not 'shared accommodation' with lots of tenants. At the moment there is only myself (female) living in the house and one other female and i have a 9 year old daughter who maybe will stay every now and then. I will be out the house most of the time and may only stay there 1 to 2 times per week as it stands. The other girl is here most of the time and has a little trained dog that comes time to time

This is a new idea of mine as the 4 bedroom house is quite big to stay on our own so i am renting the large attic room out with a king bed . Maximum 3 people in the house

i am very clean and tidy and house proud and like peace, so no problems atall. It has a generous living room and dining room which you can use anytime and the back garden is a great size for the summer.

Its a very comfortable and beautifully decorated home which would be perfect for a female professional.
