This beautiful five room house is located on Plodder Lane, just minutes from Bolton Hospital and a few minutes to the Town Centre.

YOUR BEAUTIFUL DOUBLE ROOM

Your rooms are fully furnished, & tastefully redecorated to an excellent standard. They are spacious, light & airy with new carpets, blinds/curtains and ample storage. There is plenty of under bed storage.

YOUR SHARED SPACE

Within the rest of our property you will find a beautifully fitted kitchen, decorated to a high standard with all mod cons. This leads to a lovely communal dining area with wall mounted TV and sofa to relax on or sit at the 4 seater dining table. .

Your kitchen includes fan assisted/convection oven, washing machine, gas hob, large American Fridge Freezer, kettle, Toaster and all cutlery, cups, tea towels. We provide a once a month communal clean as standard.

There is a a large communal bathroom with over bath shower and ample room.

There is plenty of parking, a lovely enclosed sun trap rear yard and front garden.

Your whole property is heated by gas central heating which is serviced and maintained.

THE AREA

As you venture out, you have co-op, Nisa, post office etc all located within a convenient five minute walk.
The hospital is a two minute walk away and Farnworth town centre is only a ten minute stroll with chemist, doctors, and large Asda supermarket.

Trips to Bolton town centre are an easy ten minute bus ride providing easy access to Bolton shopping precincts and the university.
The train station is also fifteen minutes away with then only a ten minute train journey to Manchester.

You can catch a bus to Bolton, Horwich and Chorley including the Macron stadium and enormous Middlebrook retail park, or in a car there are easy links to the
motorway and large shopping retail parks.
