Room to let in a private 2 bed semi~detached house in the OL16 2 area of Rochdale. Very quiet and safe area 1 mile from town centre, bus and metrolink stations. Probably more suited to a car driver, unless you like walking. The nearest bus stop (into Rochdale town centre) is close by. Property is located 2 miles from Junction 21 of M62, 3 miles to Hollingworth Lake, 6 miles to Oldham, and 12 miles to Mcr city centre.

Will be sharing with mature, sensible professional male occupant who is also the landlord.

Strictly for professional/student, mature minded and sensible single male or female person aged above 21yo in full time employment or study. Work references and/or previous renting references if possible.

NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Although marked as smoking acceptable, smoking out the window or in the garden is acceptable (as I do smoke myself, but only occasionally inside house).
