It is suitable for Sunday evening until Friday's (5 days at £80 or 7 days a week £100). Ideal for students/cadets etc. that like to commute mid week and return home at weekends (as mum's cooking is still the best! lol)
Full use of house, i. e. Bathroom, Kitchen and all it's appliances, crockery, pots and pans. I don't watch TV so help yourself to your own viewing on the big TV or even work on dining table if you so wish. Room to keep your cycle indoors should you want to bring one. Small nice garden at the rear for those sunny evenings.

Ample Road Parking. Not too far from Aldi and other small outlets. Close to No. 14 Bus and Tramway. Everything walking distance. College only 5 mins walk down the same road.

House has smoke and heat detectors fully installed. Wi-Fi included. Gardens to front and rear. Nice, pleasant rear garden in summer.

Combi shower and Jacuzzi bath for relaxation.

A bit about me. I'm 53. I work at a local school. In the evenings I am very busy with my other pursuits. I am very quiet, have no pets and don't smoke. I do encourage students to make themselves welcome and utilise all the house facilities .i. e tv, dining table, kitchen and washing facilities. I have lived in Fleetwood all my life and have friends and colleagues that work at the College. I rent rooms purely to help with living costs etc..
