There is a large driveway for vehicles and a Garrage for storage if needed, freezer in the Garrage for use.

I am looking at renting out my double spare room for someone who’s after accommodation, this is ideal for someone working at Royal Preston Hospital as I am 10 min walk from there or a student from UCLAN . I am open for short term or long term tenants.

I work in Leyland and do shifts, I work 6 shifts on with a variety of earlies, lates and nights with 4 days then off.

I am looking for someone who’s happy with all the above, not got an issue with my cocker spaniel who’s with me 30% of the time, the rest at my parents. I am extremely tidy, I do have a cleaner and gardener.
