A small double room available for mid week rental. The odd weekend can be agreed if required.

More info: double room available in a new build house with all new furniture. The room has wardrobes, a full length mirror, shelf and cupboards. There is a double wooden bed with an excellent posturepedic sealy mattress and includes bedding.

There is a private bathroom next door with lock, sink, toilet and a shower over bath.

There is a shared lounge with Sky TV (excludes movies and sports), and two comfy sofas.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with washer, dryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob. You would have your own space in cupboards and the fridge. You can use the utensils as long as everything is returned as you found them. There is a box seat with the french doors in the dining area and a table and chairs set.

There is high speed broadband intenet throughout.

There is a spare parking space outside the property, and a renovated garden to the rear.

Based in Galgate, the bus stop to either Lancaster or Preston is a 2-3 minute walk away. The local pub, the Plough, is a two minute walk. You can walk to campus in around 20-25 minutes.

I am a 31 year old professional working at Lancaster University, I would like a housemate who is tidy and has respect for their surroundings.

I am easy going and in most evenings, I love to chat and travel but also enjoy my own space.
