Room to rent in Haslingden!

The room has a double bed, a massive wardrobe and a desk, all less than a year old. It is a room full of light and neutrally decorated, situated at the back of the house with a lovely view.

You would be sharing the house with myself, Valentine and my partner Mark. I am working Monday to Friday. I set off very early in the morning and Mark is a professional working long hours too so we value quiet week evenings. We have been sharing houses for years now so we are easy going about it.
During week ends I am running a small craft business from home and I am helping Mark to renovate his house. We also like to grow vegetables in the backyard and make lovely walks in the countryside around the house.
We are quite busy but that does not prevent us to have a nice cuppa/beer with our housemate :)

If you are only looking for a short term accomodation it is not an issue. For longer term agreement I usually prefer to start by a 6 months contract basis and then we see how it goes.

The room is free from the 20th January.
Price is £340 a month. It includes all charges, internet and utilities (toilet paper, washing machine powder, bedsheets, duvet, towels).
The house is ideally situated in regards of public transportation with a bus stop a minute from the house with buses going to Manchester, Blackburn, Accrington, Rawtenstall ( X41, 464, 484 bus).
