I'm looking for a lodger/housemate for when my current one moves to Spain at the end of August. I live in a beautiful, 3 bedroom, semi-detached new build in Hindley Green. The room available is fully finished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and storage shelves. Pretty views out over the garden. Virtually sole use of bathroom as I have an en suite.
Shared living room and kitchen that are of course fully furnished. Quick WiFi. Free Netflix. Good sized garden to sit out in. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Also use of office space and full sized writing desk if wanting to work from home as I dont need it.
The location is on a bus route or 3 miles away from the train station that has trains straight to Manchester/Bolton/Wigan. Perfect house to commute. Directly opposite a Country Park so beautiful walks/runs and miles of lovely walks including Leeds-Liverpool canal, Pennington Flash, little local woodlands.
A little about me.. I'm a 28 year old midwife who works for the NHS. I'm very tidy, a non-smoker and happy to socialise but also happy in my own company. I work shifts so will quite often be periods where I'm not in the house at all. I'm into running, hiking, yoga and love a good Netflix series. I also have two very friendly cats who live with me but who are kept out of the 'cat free room' and also out of the living room unless supervised.
