Although my time at the property was short, it has been the best house share I have ever stayed in. The house is lovely, Paul and Phil are both absolutely brilliant - honestly the kindest and friendliest landlord and house manager. They were both very thorough about the tenants who live there and everyone in the house share was so nice, I have made some friends for life. I feel sad to be leaving but as one door closes another opens!

I really enjoy living at the property, I find it extremely homely, clean and comfortable Phil and Paul are approachable, Friendly and are there to support you with anything you need and they’re always on hand. I came from another house share that was over crowded and my feelings where never considered, but since moving in to 303 this has been the complete opposite the house is never over crowded and Paul makes the effort to match people in the house who will get on well.
