Rent includes provision of high speed Wifi broadband connection, and all utilities. The accommodation is private with individual keys for each bedroom. House has an alarm system connected to monitoring centre. No smoking indoors please. Insect blinds on windows. Insurance requires windows must be shut when leaving premises.
