I work up at one of the local universities in Lancaster. I'm happy to share with students or professionals. I'm clean, tidy and generally quiet and I can be social and outgoing at times.

I enjoy cooking, baking, catching up with friends, watching shows on Netflix, photography, the gym and travel.

I have a very large, bright double room available.

The room has a double bed, sofa, small desk and a wardrobe and shelves. You'll have Wifi and good heating. The place has a washer and a dryer, too!

It's warm and free from damp, also has a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with bathtubs and shower.

The place has very easy access to Lancaster city center. The house is in a quiet area about a 5 minute walk to the Royal Infirmary and about a 5 minute walk to the station. It's just up from the canal off Aldcliffe Road up from B&Q and Quay's Fish & Chips. It's not far from bus stops to Lancaster University either.

It would suit those wanting either short term or longer term living situations.
