My home is 10 minutes walking distance to city centre. On the ground floor there are 2 small living rooms and a kitchen leading onto a garden. At the bottom of the garden is a large garage with up and over door leading onto the rear street, ideal for bicycles.
On the first floor is the owners bedroom and a large bathroom with a shower and washing machine.

On the second floor are two double rooms offered as an exclusive suite to the lodger. One is a bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers and view over the gardens to Lancaster Castle. The other room (opposite) is an office with a desk, shelves, sofa, coffee table, and window overlooking Freehold. The owner does not need to access the second floor.

The lodger is welcome to use the other two living rooms as well. Kitchen and bathroom are shared.
The owner is experienced in sharing with lodgers and has recently retired and will be travelling abroad regularly.

The accommodation would suit a working professional and/or mature woman needing peace and comfort after a day at work and who knows how to look after a home. Post graduate students welcome too.
