Percy Road, Lancaster LA1 4UX, is located just off the Pointer roundabout, close to Lancaster City Centre and The University of Cumbria Lancaster Campus. The main bus route for Lancaster University is approximately 200 metres away and runs by the Pointer roundabout. This excellent location makes a wide variety of shops and takeaways very accessible. The house is close to Lancaster City Centre; Lancaster's main hospital (the RLI) is three minutes' walk away, and Lancaster Aldi supermarket is just 11 minutes away. On-street parking is available in this area through Lancashire County Council's resident's parking scheme.
