A WORKER or PhD student flatmate to share a flat

I am looking for a worker or PhD student to share this flat with from Mid March. I have lived here for 6 months and found this place really nice, convenient and quiet. It is on the 1st floor located in the heart of Lancaster ( 1-minute walk to Dalton Square, 5-minute walk to the town center, Sainsbury’s, or gym).

The spacious lounge has a juliet balcony and all the furniture you need including sofas, desk, TV unit and TV access from here leads through double doors to the kitchen which has a range of units with complementing worktops, breakfast bar, and white goods including fridge, washer/dryer, oven and electric hob. I have already paid for the TV license, so no worries, the TV has Sky, Netflix, Spotify, and Youtube. From the hallway, there is a bright and modern bathroom with WC, basin and a large shower.

You will have a single room with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a single bed and a chair. The price for the single room is 300 £ per month. We will share the bills (water, gas, electricity, council, broadband), which altogether will be approximately 150 per person monthly (if student probably half this price).

I am a researcher at Lancaster University and looking for a person who is clean, quiet, respectful, and friendly. I will introduce you to the estate agency, where you will need to be referenced, and later we both will be in a new tenancy agreement.
