This is a beautiful flat I'm miserable to be forced to give up before I even move in due to personal circumstance. It has a double loft bed, private bathroom with good shower and up-to-date fittings, large kitchen and even a distinct lounge area with large sofa and TV. All bills are included. There's a huge amount of storage space as well, which is lovely.
Dual occupancy is also available from a minimal extra cost!! (~£10 extra per week, I believe, though I can confirm this soon). It is also student-only, sorry!
I am not the landlord, nor will I be living with you. I need someone to replace me before September. Your contract will be with Mighty Student Living, not me.
