I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from July to September. There is the option for staying on for the following academic year too. The room is in a furnished 3-bed house in Greaves and is for postgraduate students only. The rent is currently £99.30pw rising to £104.30pw from September 20th, with all bills included. The other occupants of the house are 2 PhD students at Lancaster University.

The available room is a spacious double on the ground floor. The house also comprises of a lounge/sitting room; well-furnished kitchen; backyard and locked shed with enough space to store 3 bikes; washing machine and tumble dryer; bathroom with over-bath shower; and plenty of storage throughout. The house also benefits from a marvellous location - it's on a quiet residential road, but very close to the main bus routes linking to town and the university. There are also multiple large supermarkets only a 15 minute walk away.
