One of our house mates is moving out so there will be ONE ROOM ONLY AVAILABLE (all rooms are double). This house is for professional and people ready to have a very good experience living in a large, spacious modern and beautiful house in an Italian Piazza in Lancaster (near Williamson's park). The room available is furnished or semi-furnished (depending on your needs). It have a large wardrobe, a double bed, a bedside table, a desk and a chair. The area is safe and beautiful only 20 minutes walk from the city center and with a regular bus rota to the center and Lancaster University. There is also parking available in the street. The price includes all bill: gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and WiFi.
