Looking for female professional that can move in long term after my current housemate moves out in October.
The available room is furnished with a double bed and a large wooden chest of drawers as a wardrobe (the white furniture belongs to my housemate).
The house includes:
• Spare bedroom for guest or separate working space
• Shared kitchen and dining room with washing machine and dishwasher
• Bathroom with shower stall, bath tub, heater to hold towels and cupboard
• Furnished living room inc sofas, drawers and TV
• Spacious garden with shed, outdoor furniture and laundry line
• Attic mainly as storage but can be space for guest

For travel, there is parking space at the front of house for one car.
Closest bus stop:
• 4 min walk to Palentine Avenue via 100 bus route
• 7 min walk to Rutland Avenue via 1A/41/42 bus route
