Hi, this is for a house share in my lovely house close to the city centre. I have a balcony that overlooks the garden with a view of Ashton Memorial. There is an upstairs full size bathroom and a downstairs toilet, kitchen and living room. Students would be preffered, if both people moving in are students then I would be willing to give a £30 discount p/m for each student.
