A bright double room on the first floor in a fully refurbished house with double glazing throughout. The house is in a great location, near ALDI and within easy reach of Lancaster city centre.
There are currently three friendly flatmates in the house. There’s also a separate storage room, and a basement lounge with a TV and sofa, perfect for relaxing or hanging out.
All bills are included (utilities, Wi-Fi, etc.).
We’re looking for a postgraduate student or a professional tenant.
The room is furnished with a large built-in wardrobe, double bed, desk, and chair.
If you’d like to extend the tenancy, you can simply speak to the landlord after moving in.
The room is available from Mid of December, and the move-in date is flexible. (It can be earlier).
