26/27 Academic Year Female Flatmate Needed

We are looking for a third flatmate to stay in our third bedroom for the 26/27 academic year. We are both currently second year female undergraduate students at Lancaster University living in Harrier Court, Fenton Street. It is a short, less than 5 minute walk to common garden street with the bus stops to uni at our convenience. It is also a 5 minute walk to the railway station.

All bedrooms in the flat have double beds and we have a shared bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. Rent is £135 per week with bills included except in the summer where it is £67.5 for 8 weeks.

We both are very friendly and don’t have many preferences besides having a clean female roommate and a non-smoker 😊
