I have two rooms available, bedroom 2 and 3 in pictures, available as of January this year (2025) and beyond.

The rooms are fully furnished including a bed, desk, wardrobe and small cabinet, with rent being £90-110 per week.

The comfortable shared facilities include a living/dining room with a fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen has plenty of storage space and ample cooking facilities. There is a washing machine and dryer provided.

There is gas central heating throughout the accommodation and wireless broadband and water is included in the rent.

This period townhouse has an attractive garden at the rear and on street parking.
