I'm an intercalating student looking for a replacement in a shared house. The bill is £47.5 up until the 14 of September then from there on it would £95 per for the rest of the academic year. There are two respectful, friendly and considerate flat mates living there already. All bill included, fast wifi, electricity, heating, water, fridges, washing machine, tumble drier(in the basements)...the room is available today. Please let me know if interested so the contract can be signed. In terms of the criteria of a flat mate...They're aren't fussy just be yourself.
